Capital Consultants/DesignWorks A|E was contracted to provide engineering and architectural services for the design and construction for Spartan Oil Corporation after a devastating fire. 3-dimensional building-modeling software and a "Fast-Track" Design/Build project delivery were used to save the client time and money resulting in a facility that is state-of-the-art.
