Provide a forum for the dissemination of human resource information among member firms and give member firms information on state, federal and local rulings which will affect human resources management within member firms. Conduct salary and fringe benefit surveys and present human resource related programs to member firms on employment law, compensation, benefits, performance reviews, training and personnel policies.
