Leaders and committee chairs gathered at the Henry Center in Lansing on Tuesday morning to set in motion a plan to execute the final year of ACEC's 3-year strategic plan. After a warm welcome and overview by ACEC/M President Paul Wade (Spalding DeDecker Associates), ACEC/M Directors Andy McCune (Wade Trim), Michael Cooper (HarleyEllis Devereaux) and Larry Fleis (Fleis & Vandenbrink) provided an overview of the three BHAG's (Big Hair Audacious Goals) contained in the plan.

The committee chairs then broke into groups to set their goals for the coming year. Each standing ACEC Committee has been tied to one or more of the BHAG's.

Growing the ACEC PAC and legislative affairs program, increasing the visibility, knowledge and talent of ACEC/M's members, and obtaining greater member involvement in the association are 3 overriding goals contained in the plan.
