Legislature passes 30 day continuation budget after brief 2-hour government shutdown - 10/1/2009

SHUT DOWN NOTICE
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS AND CONSULTANTS DOING BUSINESS WITH THE
MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Because the Governor has signed a 30-day continuation budget, there will be no government shutdown. The shutdown notice issued yesterday, September 30, 2009, is hereby rescinded.
