ACEC launched a transportation funding petition drive on February 4 during the ACEC-MDOT Partnering Conference with over 400 in attendance. In just one week, more than 1,000 individuals had signed the petition. Since then, several members of Michigan's Transportation Team (MTT) have joined our effort to demonstrate to legislators the support for increased funding for our transportation infrastructure.

The County Road Association of Michigan (CRAM) will be circulating the petition at their conferences as well as the International Union of Operating Engineers.

Yesterday MITA sent info to their membership urging members to sign the petition, which is now linked to the www.drivemi.org website.
