Converting an abandoned vintage power station into Accident Fund Headquarters relied on a detailed erection plan and flawless execution.  Imagine building a ten-story steel-framed office building inside an existing masonry structure, while having to preserve and support the historic brick. It was much like building a ship in a bottle .
