I-94 BL from the Bicentennial Bridge to North Fair Avenue

FTC&H's team designed this 1.7-mile project with 21 intersections and six traffic signals. A collaborative effort resulted in a complete streets concept utilizing a road diet to reduce lanes, providing room for bike lanes, wider sidewalks, and green space with decorative enhancements. Roundabouts were incorporated to delineate the business district.
