Following a water main break which created a large sinkhole, NTH was retained to lead a design-build emergency rehabilitation. Based on several field challenges, a 350-foot, 24-inch HDPE pipe using HDD technology was chosen for the repair. The sewers were restored and the sinkhole area stabilized without impacting existing utilities, structures, and the highway.
