About Events
A core purpose of ACEC/Michigan is to assist members in achieving higher professional, business and economic standards, thus enabling them to provide better design services in the interest of their clients. To that end, ACEC/Michigan offers a variety of business and technical seminars designed to educate and sharpen the skills of the employees of member firms.
Conferences are established to promote networking and to share information among colleagues and business partners.
ACEC/Michigan is committed to offering more than the State of Michigan required Professional Development Hours (15 hours) for licensed professional engineers on an annual basis. Attendees at all seminars and conferences will receive credit for continuing education. (*Your state licensing agency will have final determination of acceptable continuing education hours).
Our major events each year include:
* Engineering & Surveying Excellence Awards Gala
* MDOT-ACEC Partnering Workshop
* Michigan Infrastructure Conference
In addition, we hold annual CEO Roundtables, Legislative Day, Emerging Leaders Program, CFO Forum, PSMJ and NHI courses, and many other educational opportunities.
