Strategic Plan
ACEC/Michigan updates its strategic plan every 3 years. The purpose of the plan is to affirm the vision and mission and to identify 3 year strategic goals for the organization. By establishing a vision, mission and strategic goals, the Council identifies the purpose to which it aspires.
The strategic plan is reviewed annually to determine the progress being made and if changes are necessary. The Executive Committee and Board of Directors monitor the progress of the plan and report the progress to the general membership periodically throughout the year to promote its objectives.
ACEC/Michigan committees and task forces will be formed and utilized to help carry out the goals contained in the strategic plan.

Membership in ACEC of Michigan will be considered essential by Engineering firms and allied professionals serving the natural and built environment.
Purpose:
ACEC of Michigan exists to enhance business practices and foster a favorable business climate for its member firms.
